What you can expect
The Going Vertical training program is one of the most intense
workouts that you will ever undergo. With 100% effort, you
will improve your overall physical conditioning to peak
fitness levels. The average Going Vertical athlete experiences
a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a decrease in their
10 yards dash up to .35 seconds, increase their distance
in the standing long jump by 10 inches and decrease their
time in the pro-agility run as much as .58 seconds. We are
excited to have seen some athletes add up to an impressive
6 inches to their vertical jump!
You will also experience improvements
in coordination, balance, quickness, flexibility and structural
stability. You will be able to maintain a higher intensity
