Going Vertical program is intense. Our program is
designed to improve speed,
acceleration, power, quickness and confidence! During the
program you will be asked
to stress your body and mind as you push yourself far beyond
what you ever thought
possible of yourself. No one can do this program for you,
all of your motivation and
success must come from within. Our staff will be alongside
you every step of the way
providing instruction, encouragement and celebrating with
you as you achieve your goals!
The Going Vertical program consist of three primary
components- power, speed, and agility
training, all of which are crucial to improving athleticism.
