The average Going Vertical athlete experiences a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a decrease in their 10 yards dash up to .35 seconds, increase their distance in the standing long jump by 10 inches and decrease their time in the pro-agility run as much as .58 seconds. We are excited to have seen some athletes add up to an impressive 6 inches to their vertical jump!
